This is my family's favorite go-to breakfast recipe. I love them with plum syrup but the boys all love them with a fried egg and maple syrup. They're super quick in the blender and are great for rotating through your food storage wheat.
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. whole wheat
Blend together for 3-4 minutes.
Add:
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. cottage cheese
3 T. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. soda
Blend until combined
